Last week, Style Of Our Own (SOOO) opened its doors at 245 Regent Street, London, marking a significant milestone in women's sports retail. This immersive pop-up store is dedicated entirely to women's sport, bringing together over 20 independent, female-led brands under one roof. The concept was founded by ASTN Accelerator alumni, Laura Youngson of IDA Sports as well as Jaime Bivona of Octagon, and supported by Mastercard, Westminster City Council, and The Crown Estate. SOOO London was selected from over 800 applicants for the 'Meanwhile On' initiative, aiming to revitalise high-profile retail spaces with purpose-driven enterprises. The rollout follows a highly successful clinical trial of the Braineye technology involving almost 350 AFL players in 2022.
