ASTN AGM 2025
Australian Sports Technologies Network (ASTN) will be conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 20 November 2025 at 5:00pm (AEDT).
To allow ease of attendance for our members across Australia, this year's AGM will be conducted via the Microsoft Teams platform.
There will also be the opportunity for members based in Victoria to attend in person at Cremorne Digital Hub, 80 Balmain Street, Cremorne 3121.
All members will be emailed instructions to submit a proxy as an apology. The Microsoft Teams link to attend virtually will also be emailed.

Location: Via online Microsoft Teams or in person at Cremorne Digital Hub, 80 Balmain Street, Cremorne 3121
AGM Registration: Please complete the form below if you wish to attend the 2025 ASTN AGM either in person at CDH or online via Teams. If you wish to participate online, you will receive the Teams link 48 hours before the AGM.
Proxy forms will be available from Friday 14th November 2025.
