Join ASTN and listen to a presentation by Shaun Rolls on how to secure a private cloud in a ‘sandbox’ testing environments and how deterministic AI can be deployed to reduce the hallucination risk of Large Language Models (LLM). Shaun Rolls and Dr Stuart Morgan will also discuss best practices for protecting organisational intellectual property rather than exposing sensitive information to public LLM’s.

Shaun Rolls
Shaun Rolls is a global leader in AI, data innovation, and high-performance teams, with over 20 years' experience delivering advanced analytics and intelligent insights across business and elite sport. He operates at the forefront of Al-driven performance strategy, working with professional cycling teams, AFL high-performance teams, Australian Olympic high-performance teams and Formula 1 high performance to unlock predictive performance, marginal gains, and sustained competitive advantage.
Shaun is the Founder and CEO of Rolls Performance Lab (RPL), a global leader in applying Al to high-performance sport and human performance technology. RPL specialises in integrating AI-driven insights from wearable platforms such as WHOOP and Oura, delivering a holistic precision-led approach to performance, recovery, and sleep - built specifically for elite environments. Through leading RPL, he works with high-performance coaches, elite athletes, and global leading tech companies including AIS, VIS, Google and Snowflake.

Dr Stuart Morgan
Dr Stuart Morgan is the Head of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at Champion Data. Dr Morgan received his PhD in 1999 from Swinburne University of Technology (SUT), Australia, in sensory neuroscience. He worked as a sports analyst at the Victorian Institute of Sport (VIS) before commencing as a Senior Analyst and Head of Machine Learning, AI and Data Innovation leading the Data Analytics Unit at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), Canberra, developing next-generation game analysis techniques.
Dr Morgan has worked with numerous high-profile international teams including the Australian Women’s Hockey team at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, and has consulted to Tennis Australia, and Cricket Australia as well as numerous professional football teams in all major codes. Dr Morgan designed and launched the Masters of Sports Analytics graduate program at La Trobe University in 2017, a program that was unique and first-to-market. He has written dozens of research articles in computer science and sports analytics
